Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept all returns of unworn and undamaged jewelry within 14 days from time of delivery. After this period, you will receive store credit for your return.

Need to Return?

Please email us at info@charmco.com with your order number and let us know about your return.

Your return must be accompanied by original packing list or receipt.

Please note that customized & engraved and sale items are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipments should be sent insured to the address below with a trackable method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS).

Your Refund

We kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed. Process time may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or gift card, as applicable.

Store credit

If you return your order after 14 days of receipt but within a reasonable time period, you will receive store credit. Store credit is valid from one year of date of purchase.

Need to Exchange?

We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange an item for something else or have bought a charm for the second time! That’s fine and we understand.

Lifetime Warranty

We offer a free lifetime warranty on all of our charms and will repair or replace any charm which does not meet our standards at any time.
