 CHARMCO POLICIES

We offer a free lifetime warranty on all of our charms and will repair or replace any charm which does not meet our standards at any time.

Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal for all online orders on a secure payment gateway. For all orders, payment is processed immediately. You will receive an email once your order is processed. For international orders, please email us for a shipping quote at info@charmco.com. All international orders must be processed through PayPal.

Shipping within the US

Charm orders that are in stock and placed by 3pm EST will ship immediately. During the busy holiday season, please allow extra time. Out of stock items may take approximately 3-5 business days to process and ship. All vintage items are in-stock and should ship immediately. To check if an item is in stock and will ship quickly, please call us at 1 800-616-6067 or email us at info@charmco.com. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with order details and tracking information. \

Charmco ships through United Parcel Service (UPS) within the United States. We offer Ground, Second Day and Next Day shipping options. Free Ground UPS is offered on all orders. UPS Ground delivers in approximately 1-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Note: UPS Ground can take longer during the busy holiday season so please select your shipping method carefully. UPS Second Day Air delivers in two business days excluding weekends and holidays. UPS Next Day Air delivers in one business day excluding weekends and holidays.

UPS will not ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For all APO/FPO we ship via USPS. If you bill to a PO box, please provide a street address for shipping so that your package can arrive safely.

International Shipping

Charmco ships to Canada via USPS (US Postal System to Canadian Postal Service). USPS International Priority delivers in 5-7 business days. For all other Countries to place your international order, please email us at info@charmco.com for a shipping quote. All international orders must process payment through PayPal. 

Private Clients

We love working with you to make the perfect charm bracelet or necklace! Charmco offers private appointments at our showroom in midtown Manhattan. Please call us to set up an appointment in advance at (212) 625-0054 or 1 (800) 616-6067. Or email us at info@charmco.com to inquire about appointment times. Our business hours are 10-6pm EST Monday - Fridays. (In July and August, Fridays 10-3PM.)

Gift Wrapping

All Charmco orders arrive in a signature gift box. Please personalize your gift card at checkout. All gift orders come with a brown grosgrain ribbon tied around your gift.

Special Order

All special order or custom order items are noted on the description section of the product detail pages.  These orders can take up to 3-5 additional business days. Please contact us with any questions concerning these items. Special orders are non refundable.

Engraving

If you are ordering an engraved item, please expect to add anywhere from 1-3 business days to the order. All engaved orders are non refundable. Please check engraving options to select the best style for you. Engraving is an art and as such some charms may be engraved in a slightly different manner than you note; we strive to keep our engraving clean, balanced and beautiful and take great pride in our final product.

Soldering

If you are ordering a charm or charms to be soldered, please expect to add 1-2 business days to the order. Soldering is simply the process of closing the "jump ring" or dangling ring on the charm. We offer this option for people to attach charm to a bracelet they buy from us or to make sure their new charm will be secure to wear on a chain. If you plan to attach your new charm to a charm bracelet, you do not need us to solder the charm for you (smile and save $10!)

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept all returns of unworn & undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be accompanied by original packing list or receipt. Shipping fees and soldering fees are non-refundable. Returns will be credited back in the manner of the original form of payment. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt. If your return is received after 14 days or two weeks of receipt, merchandise may be returned for store credit that is valid for one year from date of purchase.  Please note; Engraved items and Custom Ordered items are non-refundable. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all purchases over $1000.
