We know you're excited to receive your new charms! Here you'll find everything you need to know about our creation and shipping timelines. We take great care in crafting and packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely.
What is my order's total delivery time?
Your total delivery time is a combination of Production Time + Shipping Time. Please see below for details.
1. Production Time (The time to prepare your order for shipment) Production times vary depending on the items in your order:

Vintage Charms: Ship within 2 business days.

Charmco Collection Charms (New): Made-to-order and require 5-7 business days to craft.

Engraved or Custom Orders: Require 7-10 business days for personalization and creation.
Important Note: Selecting expedited shipping does not shorten the production time. It only speeds up the transit time once the order is ready. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us about a rush order.
Do you accommodate rush orders?
Yes, we understand that sometimes you need an order sooner. Please contact us before placing your order via email at info@charmco.com or by phone at 1-800-616-6067, and we will let you know if a rush accommodation is possible.
What are my US shipping options?
We ship all domestic orders via UPS, fully insured for their retail value.

Free Ground Shipping: Available on all orders over $300. Please allow 5-7 business days for transit.

Expedited Shipping: We offer UPS 3 Day Select®, 2nd Day Air®, and Next Day Air®. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Signature Required: If you would like to require a signature for delivery, please let us know in the order notes. An additional fee will apply.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. Please note: Charmco is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries outside of the United States via UPS Worldwide Saver, fully insured.

Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for all international duties, taxes, and fees applied to the shipment by their country's customs agency.

Do you ship to PO Boxes? No. UPS requires a physical street address for delivery.

Do you ship to Military Addresses (APO/FPO)? Yes. We proudly ship to all Military addresses via USPS.
