Most of our charms come with an open gold loop (jump ring) which is used to attach them to a bracelet or necklace. We recommend this ring be closed professionally by soldering before wearing. Soldering is a process that bonds two pieces of metal together securing a charm to a chain or bracelet. This process can be done by a local jeweler or by Charmco prior to shipping. Options vary, select the attachment option that suits you. The service is non-refundable.

All charms, bracelets, and necklaces are made to order. We ship all in-stock orders 1-3 business days after purchase. Special and engraved orders may take longer. Our processing time may also take longer during the busy holiday season. Please let us know your timeline and we will do our best to accommodate. In a rush? SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES
In the continental United States, shipping is free with UPS Ground Shipping. We include insurance for the full retail value on all orders.
Allow 1-5 business days once your package has shipped. Don't fret your package is insured but if you would like to sign for your package, please let us know in the order notes. "Signature Required" will incur an additional fee.
We also offer UPS Three Day Select, Second Day, or Next Day to expedite your delivery. UPS rates will be calculated at checkout. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday standard UPS delivery.
By selecting expedited shipping, you are not guaranteed that your order will ship immediately. All charms, bracelets, and necklaces are made to order. If there is an unforeseen delay or a problem with your order, we will be in touch.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number. We are not responsible for any UPS delays in service.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
We ship to select countries outside of the United States via UPS. We include insurance for the full retail value on all orders. We offer UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Saver. UPS rates will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number.
Orders outside the United States will require you to checkout with PayPal. Charmco only ships orders outside the United States to the confirmed address on file for the PayPal account holder.
