We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. All in stock items will ship immediately including all vintage and one-of-a-kind items. However we do ask that you allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and the shipment prepared for delivery. During the busy holiday season, please allow extra time.
Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for custom engraved orders or any specialty jewelry work. Out of stock items may also take an additional 2-3 business days.

Shipping in the United States
We offer free UPS insured ground shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with a UPS tracking number. For ground orders, please allow from 1-5 business days once your package has shipped. Signature required will be up to the UPS driver at the time of delivery. If you prefer to sign for your package, please let us know in the order notes.
You may also select UPS Three Day Select, UPS Second Day Air or UPS Next Day Air to expedite your order.
Orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery is an option if you are expediting your order and require this service. Please inquire for a quote.
UPS will not deliver packages to P.O. Boxes, please provide an accurate street address.
We ship to all Military addresses via USPS. Please contact us to place your order.

Shipping to Canada
We offer shipping to Canada via USPS Priority Mail and the Canadian Postal Service. Your order should arrive within 7 business days. You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping to Everyone Else
If you are located outside the US and Canada, please email us at info@charmco.com let us know what charm(s) you are interested in as well as your billing/shipping address and we will provide a shipping quote and time frame. We may send your package via UPS or USPS depending on your budget and date you need the package.
