Payment

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. For all major credit card orders, payment is processed immediately. We will contact you via email if there are any special delays in processing your order. Please call or email us if your order is a rush as we do not stock every charm and there may be a delay in shipping your order. 

Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed for items that are in stock. Out of stock items will take aproximately 5-7 business days to process. To check if an item is in stock, please call us at 212-625-0054 or email us at info@charmco.com. Please refer to the Special Orders section to understand the timing on custom orders.

Charmco ships  through the United Parcel Service (UPS) within the United States and Canada. We offer Ground, Second Day and Next Day shipping options for US customers. UPS Ground delivers in 5-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays.  Note: UPS Ground can take longer during the busy holiday season so please select your shipping method carefully. UPS Second Day Air delivers in two business days excluding weekends and holidays. UPS Next Day Air delivers in one business day excluding weekends and holidays.  

Please contact us if you would like to confirm your order will ship on time so that you can be sure it will arrive on a designated date! All orders need to be finalized by 3pm during business hours in order to qualify for same day shipping. Also please note: these are delivery times as provided by UPS, we may need additional time to prepare your order.

UPS will not ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a street address so that your package can arrive safely.

Regrettably, we are unable to ship internationally due to hefty customs and duties fees levied on our customers overseas.  If you live abroad and have plans to visit New York City, please book a personal appointment at Charmco and we will gladly show you our collection.

Private Clients

We love working with you to make the perfect charm bracelet or necklace. Charmco offers private appointments at our showroom in midtown Manhattan. Please call us to set up an appointment in advance at (212) 625-0054.

Gift Wrapping

All Charmco orders arrive in a signature chocolate brown pouch and gift box.  Please personalize your gift card at checkout.  

Special Order

All special order items are noted on the description section of the product detail pages.  All white gold charms are considered special orders.  Special order items can take 3-5 additional business days.  Please contact us with any questions concerning these items.

If you are ordering an engraved item, please expect to add 2-4 business days to the order. If you are ordering a charm to be soldered, please expect to add 1-2 business days to the order.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn & undamaged merchandise within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be accompanied by original packaging and receipt. After 14 days, merchandise may be returned for store credit that is valid for one year from date of purchase.

Please note; Engraved items, Sale items and Custom Ordered items are non-refundable. We do not reimburse any soldering charges or shipping fees.  White gold charms are subject to a restocking fee of $10 per charm. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all purchases over $1000.

Privacy is an issue that Charmco takes very seriously. We do not ever share your email address or contact information with anyone or use it for marketing purposes. The information we collect from you is used solely to process orders and ensure your online shopping experience with us is easy and enjoyable.
